Description: This project consists of a series of luxury beachfront apartments located on the shores of Sayulita Beach. Each unit starts at 189 m² and features expansive living areas, high-end finishes, and fixtures from premium brands. Generous terraces extend from the interiors, offering sweeping, uninterrupted views of the ocean.

The architectural design merges a timeless aesthetic with avant-garde touches, resulting in a development that stands out while remaining harmonious with its natural surroundings. One of its most iconic elements is the VW Combi lift, a playful yet functional centerpiece that has become a recognizable symbol along the coastline. A funicular elevator provides direct access to the beach, enhancing both convenience and the overall experience of the site.

Amenities were selected to support a relaxed, community-oriented lifestyle. These include a pool, bar, playground, and additional shared spaces designed to invite connection and ease. Over time, the project has established itself as both a visual landmark and a cultural reference point within Sayulita.

Casa Desierto

The design combines contemporary lines with subtle Spanish-inspired elements, responding to both the site’s natural contours and the cultural context of the region. Positioned just five minutes on foot from the town’s central plaza, key dining spots, and the well-known surf beach, the home maintains a balance between seclusion and connection.

The interior is open and filled with natural light, enhanced by a fluid indoor-outdoor layout. Furnishings were selected to complement the architecture’s clean simplicity, while large openings create a sense of continuity with the surrounding landscape. The result is a space that functions equally well for quiet retreat or social gathering.

Villa 5 La Colina

Location: Sayulita, Mexico
