Site Preparation Underway

This marked the start of initial site clearing and land preparation for construction. The natural landscape was carefully managed to preserve the beauty of the lush jungle environment while creating space for building infrastructure and foundation work. Sustainable land clearing and eco-friendly site preparation ensured minimal impact on the surrounding ecosystem, setting the stage for successful construction development.

Earthmoving and Grading

Heavy equipment was utilized to perform land grading and leveling, essential for preparing the construction site. This phase establishes a stable foundation for the condominium buildings and ensures proper stormwater drainage and access roads. Effective site grading and earthmoving are critical steps in residential development to enhance soil stability and optimize construction efficiency.

Hillside Excavation and Terrain Shaping

Excavation crews began hillside earthworks, carefully cutting into the natural slope to reveal compacted soil layers. This essential phase enables precise land contouring and terrain shaping, while providing valuable geological and soil analysis for the project. The clearly defined excavation area marks the start of structural layout planning and soil stability assessment, critical for safe and sustainable construction.

Rebar Installation for Foundation Preparation

Following excavation and trenching, crews commenced the installation of rebar reinforcement across the foundation areas. This crucial step strengthens the concrete foundation, ensuring long-term structural integrity for the real estate development. The steel reinforcement is carefully placed and tied according to engineering specifications, creating a durable framework in preparation for the upcoming concrete pour.

Structural Concrete and Block Wall Construction

Crews poured reinforced concrete walls around the installed rebar, establishing critical structural elements. At the same time, concrete blocks were used to build the lower portions of interior and exterior walls, working in conjunction with the concrete framework to create a durable and stable base for the next stages of development.

Major progress on Jardin Pool

Significant work is underway around the pool area as crews continue shaping the surrounding terrace and structural platforms. Fresh concrete slabs have been poured and are curing, while workers compact soil and prepare additional sections for upcoming pours. Rebar and formwork outline the next phases of construction, and the layout of the pool and adjacent social areas is becoming more defined from above. With each step, the leisure spaces are taking shape and moving closer to their finished design.

Finishing the Upper Levels Concrete Work

Construction is progressing quickly! We've made huge strides on the upper levels, with the rooftop pool structure and the concrete deck already giving us a glimpse of the incredible views. Recent work includes setting the steel rebar for the final roof pours, building the new concrete staircase, and applying the finishing layer to the exterior retaining walls. The building's structure is rapidly taking shape as we move closer to completion.

Drone Flyover Update: Jardin Iguana Takes Shape

The latest drone flyover offers a clear look at the project’s ongoing progress. The structure is becoming more recognizable by the week, and its overall layout is now much easier to understand as the building continues to take shape on the hillside. The emerging form highlights how the design is being carefully integrated into the natural terrain.

The aerial perspective also reinforces the strength of the site. The project sits elevated above the valley, surrounded by dense greenery with expansive views reaching toward the coastline. Even in this early phase, it’s evident how the location and orientation will contribute to the character and experience of Jardin Iguana.
